Product Pricing Information
The total payment amount displayed on the website includes taxes and packaging fees, but excludes shipping fees and other additional charges.
(Any excluded fees will be communicated to customers during the order confirmation process by Malbon.com.vn staff.)
In addition, Malbon.com.vn is not responsible for any fees that may arise according to the policies of the issuing bank (if customers choose payment via bank transfer).
The listed price on the website is the official selling price provided by Malbon.com.vn for customers to reference and transact directly on the website or at stores.
Malbon.com.vn reserves the right to change product prices or discontinue one or more products at any time without prior notice (except for orders that have already been paid or completed in-store).
Payment Policy
There is one payment method:

Payment via Payoo: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.
Customers can make payments directly through the integrated payment gateway on our website.

All transactions are secured and encrypted.
After payment is completed, we will contact you to confirm and proceed with delivery.
If after the agreed time we do not deliver or respond, customers may submit complaints directly to our head office.

Delivery | Shipping Method and Cost
1. Delivery Time and Coverage
To provide convenience, Malbon.com.vn offers nationwide delivery.
- Ho Chi Minh City areas: 2–3 working days from order confirmation
- Others areas: 5–7 working days
Delays may occur in force majeure situations such as:
- Unable to contact customers by phone
- Incorrect or hard-to-find delivery address
- Sudden surge in order volume
- Delays from suppliers or shipping partners
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates of third-party logistics providers.
Fees will be communicated during order confirmation.
For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping will follow:
- Carrier pricing
- Or contract agreement between both parties
Home Delivery:
- Free standard shipping for orders from 5,999,000 VND
- (Order value calculated before shipping fees and after discounts)
Estimated shipping:
- Ho Chi Minh City: 3–5 working days – 30,000 VND
- Other areas: 5–10 working days – 50,000 VND
3. Responsibilities in Delivery
All orders are carefully packed and sealed before shipping.
Shipping partners are responsible for delivering goods in original condition (sealed and intact).
Each package includes:
- Recipient information (name, phone, address)
- Tracking code
Invoices or delivery notes may be included for verification.
Shipping partners must provide documentation if requested by authorities.
4. Damaged Goods During Shipping
If products are damaged during shipping (whether by Malbon or third party), we will take responsibility to resolve the issue.
Customers may:
- Refuse the package
- Request exchange/return under policy
We will coordinate with shipping partners for compensation.
Note:
If delays occur, customers can choose to:
- Cancel the order
- Or continue waiting
Inspection Policy
Customers are allowed to check products before payment.
- No product trial is allowed
- Customers should verify correct model and quantity
- No usage allowed before acceptance
If satisfied → proceed with payment
If not satisfied → refuse delivery
Return shipping fee (equal to delivery fee) will be charged.
Important Notes:
- Delivery staff must wait during inspection

- Damage caused by customers will not be eligible for return/exchange
Exchanges Policies
We have a 30-day exchange policy for items purchased through the Malbon Vietnam website (malbon.com.vn). This means you have 30 days after your purchase date to request an exchange, provided that the item meets all the criteria listed below.
Please note: Items purchased outside of Malbon Vietnam website are not eligible for exchange through Malbon Vietnam.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags are attached
- Item is in its original packaging with a clear and untampered waybill sticker
- Customer provides the email receipt from Malbon Vietnam
- Request is made within 30 days of purchase
- Item is not listed as a final-sale or non-returnable item
- Item is an apparel item (accessories, shoes, and golf bags are final sale)
Failure to meet any of these criteria will result in the forfeiture of eligibility for exchange.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@malbon.com.vn with your email receipt and a photo of the item showing its tags, packaging, and waybill sticker. Approved exchanges must be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We only process refunds for items that are proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt. Please note that we do not honor refunds for change of mind or incorrect size orders.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
